Joint-stock company Vakaru Metalas, the subsidiary of Western Shipyard, was established 10 February 2003. Its main activity – wholesale and retail of steel joists, profiled and round pipes, armature, steel plates, profiles and other products for construction, manufacturing and shipbuilding industries. Vakaru Metalas operates as one of the parts of a synergized metal trade network of the company Elme Metall of  the Estonian concern BLRT Grupp AS.

   Our main offices are located in Vilnius , and Klaipeda. As expanding enterprise, JSC  Vakaru Metalas has established subsidiaries in two cities of strategic importance – Kaunas and Siauliai. 

   JSC Vakaru Metalas cooperates with metallurgy manufacturers in Estonia, Finland, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Poland, therefore the products on sale have quality certificates ot these manufacturers.

   JSC Vakaru Metalas have signed long-term contracts with property developers, metal constructions manufacturers, shipbuilding and other local enterprises handling with metal products. As a result, we can offer flexible system of discounts to our clients.
